When a user takes too much time to complete the sign-in step, or when the user fails to enter the validation code, the login will expire. The user will need to restart the login process.



When you see the message "the sign-in code was not found or expired", it means you need to restart the login process.


  1. Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.

  2. Type "logout"

  3. Type "login"
