🚀 Get started with the Copilot agent for Waldo

You can open Waldo's Copilot agent in two ways:

• In Microsoft Teams:

• In your browser (M365 Copilot Web):

  Then click All agents and search for Waldo.

🧠 What can you ask Waldo in Copilot?

📍 Book a desk

Just say:

• 👉 “Book me a desk tomorrow”
• 👉 “Find me a desk near Julie next week”

👀 Find your teammates

Try:

• 👉 “Where is Joey working this week?”
• 👉 “Is Jack in the office today?”

📅 Manage your bookings

Ask:

• 👉 “What have I booked this week?”
• 👉 “Cancel my desk for Friday”

💡 Use Smart Suggestions

Waldo will use its fair-use algorithm to suggest the best available desks based on your preferences and proximity to your team.
