📅 Timing: your last working day before your next one

You receive your check-in notification on your last working day before the day you plan to be in the office — but only if you’ve selected to get the notification the day before.

If you’ve set your notifications to arrive on the same day as your booking, they will be sent that morning instead.

Example for "day-before" notifications:

• Monday: you're working in the office.
• Tuesday: you're working in the office.
• Wednesday and Thursday: you're off.
• Friday: you're working in the office.

💡 Your check-in notification for Friday will be sent on Tuesday, because Tuesday is your last working day before Friday.

Example for "same-day" notifications:

• Your Friday booking is confirmed.
• You’ve set your notifications to arrive on the day of the booking.

💡 You’ll receive the notification on Friday morning.

❓ What if my booking is still pending?

If your booking is marked as "pending", you'll still get a check-in notification the day before — even if you're not supposed to work that day. This helps you stay informed and confirm in time.
