Does Waldo feel a bit... like a Christmas tree lately?

We’ve redesigned the Waldo UI to make things clearer, calmer, and easier to use — both on desktop and mobile.

• The check-in button now takes centre stage
• Guest invitations are neatly grouped in My Guests (this feature will keep evolving, so it deserves more space)
• You’ll see your teammates first, not occupancy stats
• Booking a half-day is now more obvious (many users didn’t even know it was possible! 🤨)
• Calendar messages have more space (they’re awesome, and now much easier to spot)
• Buildings are now in a scroll-down menu instead of endless tabs (some customers had 80+ tabs 🥵)
• Settings are cleaner and better organised
