| Since Waldo is an app designed for Microsoft Teams, you can subscribe to Waldo via your Microsoft 365 portal. You have the option to pay with a credit card, debit card, or with invoice billing. This article explains how to pay with invoice billing. |
A credit review is required the first time you use invoice billing. If you already used invoice billing with a Microsoft product, you won't need this credit review. The credit review can take up to 24 to 48 hours for approval. Invoice billing won't be available until the credit check is complete. You can place your order with a credit card or try again later after your credit review is approved.
- Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com.
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 admin account. You must have Global admin permissions or Teams service admin and Billing admin permissions.
- Under Teams apps → Manage apps, search for Waldo.
- Click on the Waldo app, then click on Plans and pricing.
- Select your offer, then click on Purchase.
- Select the number of user licenses you want to buy.
- Check that the billing account and sold-to address is correct. If not, add a new one by selecting Add.

You can pay via card or invoice billing.
Billing profiles also let you attach a purchase order number for tracking.
