If you have Global admins permissions or Teams service admin and Billing admin permissions, we recommend you purchase your Waldo licenses directly via the Microsoft Teams Admin Center. That will offer you more flexibility to manage your licenses.

If you don't have admin permissions, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Microsoft AppSource Private Offers.
   Or go to Microsoft AppSource and click on the “Private Plan” icon at the top right.
2. You may have to log in using a Microsoft 365 admin account.
3. Select your private offer and click Get it now.
4. Click Change plan if applicable and select the new offer.
5. Type the number of licenses you need.
6. Change the payment method if needed.
7. Click Place order.
8. Click Configure now to assign licenses to users.
