1. Go to the Waldo management portal.
2. Under Users, select the people you want to assign a license to.
   
3. Click Update Users, choose Set subscription / Assign license, and pick your subscription.
4. Prefer a one-by-one approach? Click on a user, then go to Subscription to assign the license manually.

After assigning a license, don’t forget to activate Desk Reservation.
