💡 There’s no direct “Remove license” action in the bulk update. But there's a simple workaround. If you need to remove Waldo licenses from a list of users, you can use the Bulk update feature with the Set subscription / Assign license option — and simply leave the subscription field empty. That’s the trick. |
Here’s how to do it:
✅ Steps to remove licenses in bulk
- Go to the Users section in the admin portal:
https://admin.hellowaldo.app/users - Select the users you want to update from the list.
- Click Update XX users (you’ll see the number based on your selection).
- In the Action dropdown, choose Set subscription / Assign license.
- Leave the subscription field blank.
- Click Update.
🔁 Why this works
