1 – Activate the check-in (Office level)
ℹ️ Information:
Check-in can be activated at the office level and is disabled by default.
- Go to the management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Go to Desks and Parking → Resources and select the office where you want to activate check-in.
- Click Enable check-in, set a check-in limit, then hit Save.
2 – Set the notification time (User level)
💡 Idea:
Check-in is part of the daily notification. Make sure your daily notification is activated.
- Open your Waldo app and tap on Settings.
- Activate the daily notification feature.
- You can choose to get notified the day before or on the day itself—your call.
