This article explains how to allow Waldo as a third-party app so it shows up when you click on the "Apps" icon in Microsoft Teams. |
1 – Allow the Waldo app in Microsoft Teams
- Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com (you’ll need Microsoft 365 admin rights).
- Click on Manage Apps.
- Open the Action dropdown and select Org-wide app settings.
- Search for Waldo.
- Click on Waldo and switch its status to “Allowed”.
- If it says "Allowed but org-wide disabled", head to Permission Policies and open Global (org-wide default) to enable it fully.
2 – Pin the Waldo app
- In the Teams admin center, go to Teams apps → Setup policies.
- Under the pinned apps section, click + Add apps, search for Waldo, then click Add and confirm.
- Don’t forget to hit Save!
