1 – Allow the Waldo app in Microsoft Teams

1. Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com (you’ll need Microsoft 365 admin rights).
2. Click on Manage Apps.
3. Open the Action dropdown and select Org-wide app settings.
   
4. Search for Waldo.
   
5. Click on Waldo and switch its status to “Allowed”.
   
6. If it says "Allowed but org-wide disabled", head to Permission Policies and open Global (org-wide default) to enable it fully.

2 – Pin the Waldo app

1. In the Teams admin center, go to Teams apps → Setup policies.
   
2. Under the pinned apps section, click + Add apps, search for Waldo, then click Add and confirm.
   
3. Don’t forget to hit Save!
