You may encounter the following error message: Api Key is not valid or remote IP is not allowed.

This means the API request has been rejected either because the API key is incorrect or the IP address isn't on the allowed list.

Here’s what to do:

1. Log in to the Waldo admin portal.
2. Navigate to the Integrations section where your API key and allowed IPs are listed.
3. Check that the API key used in your request matches the one displayed in the portal.
4. Verify that your IP address is allowed. Note: if your system uses an IPv6 address, it must be explicitly listed.

Still not working? You can test your public IP using a service like WhatIsMyIPAddress.com and compare it with the one listed in Waldo.
