🔐 How to Sign In as a Customer on Waldo customer support
To interact with Waldo's support team via Waldo customer support, you’ll need to log into the Waldo Support Portal. Here’s how to get started:-
Go to the Waldo Support Portal:
Visit Waldo Support Portal. (or the link provided by your Waldo team contact).

Click “Sign In” in the top-right corner.
- If you already have an account, enter your login credentials.
- If this is your first time, click “Sign up” to create an account using your name and email address.

Confirm Your Email Address:
You’ll receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions to activate your account and set a password.
📝 How to Submit a Ticket
- From the Waldo Support Portal homepage, click on “Submit a request” at the top.

Fill in the required fields, including:
- Subject (brief description of your issue)
- Detailed description of the problem or question
- Attachments (logs, screenshots, etc.)
- Click “Submit” to send your request to the Waldo Support team.
📁 Where to Find Your Ticket Requests
To view your existing or past support tickets:
- Log into the support portal at Waldo Support Portal.
- Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select “My activities.”
- Under “My requests,” you'll see:
- A list of all tickets you've submitted
- Their current status (Open, Awaiting your reply, or Solved)
- The ability to click into any ticket for details or to add a comment
