You’d like to test Waldo? Great choice. Let’s get you set up in just a few steps. 🚀
Step 1: Make sure the Waldo app is available in Microsoft Teams
Quick check:
- Open Microsoft Teams
- Click on Apps (bottom-left corner)
- Search for Waldo
👉 What do you see?

“Request approval”
⚠️ This means the app isn’t authorised yet.
Click Request approval to notify your IT team.
💡 Tip: We recommend reaching out to your IT directly as well. Requests can sometimes sit quietly in a queue.

“Open”
✅ You’re good to go! Click Open and follow the setup steps.
If you get stuck due to permissions, jump to step 2.
Step 2: Enable the required features
Depending on your organisation’s settings, some permissions may need to be enabled.
