This article describes how to reset a user profile by resetting the onboarding process, resetting the calendar, and resetting the teammates list. |
Resetting the onboarding process
Resetting the onboarding process does not clear the user calendar nor the teammates list.
- Authenticate with the user account to Microsoft Teams.
- Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.
- Type reset_onboard_user
- Waldo will then restart the onboarding process.
Clear the user's teammates list
- Authenticate with the user account to Microsoft Teams.
- Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.
- Type "reset_teammates_user".
- Once done, the teammates list in the settings will be cleared.
Clear the user's calendar
- Authenticate with the user account to Microsoft Teams.
- Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.
- Type "reset_calendar_user"
- Once done, the calendar will be cleared.
