This article describes how to assign your Waldo licenses to users. |
- Go to the Waldo management portal.
- Under Users, select the users you wish to assign a license to.
- Then click on Update Users, select Set subscription / Assign license, and select your subscription.
- You can also assign a license user per user. To do this, click the user to whom you wish to assign a license and click on Subscription.
After assigned a license, don't forget to activate "Desk Reservation".
