For whatever reason, you may need to deactivate a desk (when a desk is under maintenance, for example). Here's how you can do that.



You will need Waldo management portal administrative privileges: office owner, area owner, or organization administrator.


  1. Go to the management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app

  2. Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Under Desks and parking then Resources, navigate through your buildings and areas until you reach the desks list.

  4. Click on a desk.

  5. Click on Desk deactivation then click Save.
