You can decide to activate or deactivate the check-in for fixed desk users.

You will need Microsoft 365 administrative privileges.


  1. Go to the management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app 

  2. Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Under Resources and then Offices, click on your office.
  4. Activate or deactivate the check-in for fixed desks.


Fixed desks can be configured in Resources > Office desks.
