💡 Want to display your office map on a lobby screen, in real time?
The kiosk URL gives you a full-screen view of today’s map, perfect for showing who’s sitting where at a glance.

This article walks you through how to retrieve that URL.

ℹ️ Before you start

• You need Waldo admin permissions
• Account used to authenticate the kiosk should have a Waldo licence

Steps to retrieve the kiosk URL

1. Go to the Waldo admin portal
2. Sign in using your Microsoft 365 account
3. Navigate to the Maps page
4. On the left pane, click Add item
5. Click kiosk
6. Place the kiosk point on your map
7. Click Save (top right)
8. On the left pane, click the kiosk point and the three dots
9. Click Edit item
10. Retrieve the URLs

Use the kiosk URL

• Paste the URL into your browser to display the live map
• Or scan the QR code / open the link directly
• Enter the security code if prompted
• Authenticate with a Microsoft 365 account

⚠️ Users must have a Waldo licence to see desks and colleagues on the map.

✅ That’s it — your live map will appear automatically, ready to be displayed on any screen.
