  Waldo admin level required.

Steps to retrieve the kiosk URL

1. Go to the Waldo management portal.
2. Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.
3. Navigate to the Maps page.
   
   
4. Expand the Kiosk Points section and click + Add new Kiosk point...
   
   
5. Place the kiosk point on your map.
   
   
6. Click the Save button (top right).
   
   
7. Click the three dots on your kiosk point.
   
   
8. Copy the URL.
   
   
9. Paste it into your browser to show today's live map.
   
   
10. Scan the QR code or open the link directly.
11. Type the security code if prompted.
    
    
12. Authenticate using a Microsoft 365 account.
    
    

          Users should have a Waldo license to view desks and users on the map.
        

13. Voilà — the map will appear automatically.
