1 - Assign the Area Owner role

2 - Open the Reservations tab

1. Head to app.hellowaldo.app.
2. Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
3. Click on the Reservations tab from the menu.
4. Now you’re in! From here, you can:
   • Book desks or parking spots for someone else,
   • Cancel reservations,
   • Update a user’s attendance status.

   Note: You can only make bookings for users who have a license assigned. 🪪
