π This article describes which metrics you can get with Waldo. |
1 β Building and Parking occupancies
- Go to the management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app.
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Under Metrics β Buildings, click Select a building and pick the one you want to see.
- Choose the timeframe you'd like to view.
- Select the areas you want to highlight.
- Click Download as CSV to export the data.
- You can repeat these steps for parking occupancies too.
2 β Workplaces
- Head to Metrics β Workplaces.
- Select your desired timeframe.
- Choose the custom locations you want to track.
- Click Download as CSV to export your selection.
3 β Users calendars
- Go to Metrics β Exports β Users calendars.
- Select the building and the timeframe you want to report on.
- Click Export data (CSV) to download the calendar usage data.
4 β No-shows per user or no-shows count
- Navigate to Metrics β Exports β No-shows per user or No-shows count.
- Pick the building and the timeframe you're interested in.
- Click Export data (CSV) to download.
5 β Opening a CSV file in Excel
- Open Microsoft Excel and start a blank workbook.
- Go to the Data tab, then click Get Data β From text/CSV.
- In the dialog box, locate your downloaded CSV file and select it.
- The Text Import Wizard will appear.
- Choose your file origin and select the delimiter (usually comma or semicolon).
- Click Load or OK to import the data.
- You can now work with your CSV data in Excel like a pro π
