If you don't see users' avatars on the map, it's probably because the Waldo app is not totally consented. |
You will need Microsoft 365 administrative privileges.
- Go to the management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Under Global settings, then Consent, ensure the User management feature is enabled.
- If User management is disabled, enable it and click Grant Admin Consent. Follow the steps that appear next.
