We're currently experiencing an issue where some check-ins via the Waldo bot are not being correctly processed.
💡 The cause: a loss of authentication with Microsoft 365 is preventing certain check-ins from being acknowledged — even if the user followed the normal process.
✅ Bookings are still active and not lost.
🚫 Some users may think they’re checked in, but the system hasn’t recorded it.
We’re actively working on three improvements to fix and future-proof the experience:

Simplifying authentication by switching to a read-only bot.

Using Copilot when a user wants to chat with Waldo — no login needed for check-ins.

Improving error messages to clearly explain what went wrong and offer a retry option.
