The language of this email depends on the Microsoft Teams language settings of the person sending the invitation.

• If you're using MS Teams in English, your guest will get the invitation email in English.
• If you're using MS Teams in Italian, the email will be in Italian. 🇮🇹

But there's a small twist 🌀: if you're using different languages on different devices, like English on your mobile and Italian on your desktop, the email language may change depending on where you last opened MS Teams.

So if your guest receives an email in an unexpected language, that’s probably why!

The same logic applies for the meeting room check-in. This feature cancels ghost meetings automatically — freeing up space for others who actually need it.
