ℹ️ Need to quickly spot who forgot to check in? Good news: Waldo gives you two simple ways to see it in the admin portal. No detective hat required 🕵️‍♂️

Option 1: check from the Metrics tab (manager view)

To use this option, you must be a manager 👉 Who-is-considered-as-manager-in-Waldo

1. Go to the Waldo admin portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
2. Open Metrics
3. Click on Trends
4. At the top right, make sure the Manager view toggle is enabled ✅

You’ll immediately see which users didn’t check in for the selected period. Clear, fast, and manager-friendly.

Option 2: export users’ calendars

💡 Ideal if you want to dig into the data or keep a record.

1. Go to Metrics in the Waldo admin portal
2. Click Export
3. Export Users calendars
4. In the exported file, filter the SET BY column

➡️ When you see “no check-in”, it means the user didn’t check in.

⚠️ Tip: exports can include a lot of data. If you only need a quick answer, Option 1 is usually the fastest route.
