I would like to provide you with an update on the current progress of our new platform.

In the upcoming days, the Waldo app will be updated to version 1.0.11. You don't need to take any action as there will be no changes for both users and administrators.

This update serves as a preliminary step to prepare for the gradual rollout of version 2.

Here are the next steps:

1. Update to v1.0.11 (currently in progress).
2. Observational phase (a few days).
3. New users will be directed to v2 (while using the v1.0.11)
4. Observational phase (days or weeks, depending on what we observe).
5. Existing customers will be gradually redirected to v2 (while using v1.0.11)
6. Update to v2.0.0.
   
   

Note:

Version 2 represents a completely new infrastructure with improved performance. It also serves as the foundation for our upcoming features such as meeting room management, half-day functionality, etc. From a user perspective, version 2 is similar to version 1, so there is no need to inform your users or create a change plan.

The only new feature you will notice is the calendar messages, which will be activated by default. We will provide a specific announcement regarding this exciting feature soon.
