We noticed that some users have blocked Waldo notifications. Consequently, they are no longer receiving notifications and are unable to check in (when the feature is enabled).
Additionally, we observed that receiving notifications from Waldo could sometimes be bothersome or overly intrusive.
For those of you who prefer to check in via Waldo notifications, you can continue using the same method.
For others, you can now check in directly from the Waldo app.
The other piece of good news is that Waldo now takes non-working days into consideration. So, for instance, if it's Friday (and assuming you don't work on Saturday and Sunday), you will receive your check-in notification on Friday for Monday. The check-in button (for Monday) will also be available starting on Friday.
