how fully occupied areas are handled with the free version

Hi Everyone,
We've updated the free version to reflect a change in how fully occupied areas are handled. Now, when an area in the office is full, it can no longer be selected. This functionality aligns with the standard behavior observed in Waldo version 1, a couple of months ago.

Off topic: Why are there so many different places shown, in our Waldo there is only Time Off, Remote and Work trip? Also the icons are others.
