Hi Everyone,
By default, Waldo doesn't display users without a Microsoft license. Technical accounts are hidden to simplify the user list. This means you can't assign Waldo Admin privileges to a technical account, for example. This was an issue for some of our customers with large tenants.
In the Waldo Admin Portal, you can now display users who don't have any Microsoft licenses attached, as you can see below.
