Automating User Onboarding and Access with Entra Groups

Hi Everyone,


When a new user is added to an Entra Group (Active Directory Group), you can now automatically execute various rules, such as assigning a license or granting access to an area. You can accomplish this with recurring tasks, which is very useful when you have a lot of newcomers and want to automate some processes.


We recommend automatically assigning new users a license and granting them access to an area. Then, the area owner can handle the rest (such as defining priority, assigning a favorite desk, etc.).
