This is a really great and long wanted feature, thank you for this :)
Some little enhancements would be great:
- Ability to name the recurring tasks
- Seperate them from the log
- Ability to set or select the time when it gets executed
I agree with Robin and his enhancement ideas and also that this is a great feature, thanks !
Another improvement wish from our side: Since it is necessary to have free licences in stock when automating the assignment of licences to new users (otherwise, the task failes), it would be a great feature to
- get a notification via mail as soon as a task failed
- get a notification via mail as soon as you have less then an individually defined number of licences left.

Hi Everyone,
When a new user is added to an Entra Group (Active Directory Group), you can now automatically execute various rules, such as assigning a license or granting access to an area. You can accomplish this with recurring tasks, which is very useful when you have a lot of newcomers and want to automate some processes.
We recommend automatically assigning new users a license and granting them access to an area. Then, the area owner can handle the rest (such as defining priority, assigning a favorite desk, etc.).
