This article describes how to reset a user profile by resetting the onboarding process, resetting the calendar, and resetting the teammates list.



Resetting the onboarding process


Resetting the onboarding process does not clear the user calendar nor the teammates list.
  1. Authenticate with the user account to Microsoft Teams.
  2. Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.
  3. Type "reset_onboard_user"
  4. Waldo will then restart the onboarding process.

Clear the user's teammates list

  1. Authenticate with the user account to Microsoft Teams.
  2. Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.
  3. Type "reset_teammates_user"
  4. Once done, the teammates list in the settings will be cleared.


Clear the user's calendar

  1. Authenticate with the user account to Microsoft Teams.
  2. Click on the Waldo app and go to the chat tab.
  3. Type "reset_calendar_user"
  4. Once done, the calendar will be cleared.
