In the Waldo administration portal, you can set administrators, administrative contacts, and technical contacts.



Administrative contacts are the first point of contact for accounting and invoicing purposes.


Technical contacts are the first point of contact for technical purposes (new updates available, availability, etc.).


Neither administrative contacts nor technical contacts are administrators (unless they are set as administrators).


Set Organisation administrator

  1. Connect to https://admin.hellowaldo.app

  2. Authenticate with an administrator account.

  3. Click on users then contacts.

  4. Add the administrative contact or the technical contact.
