In the Waldo administration portal, you can set administrators, administrative contacts, and technical contacts.
Waldo administrators can configure the Waldo application at an organizational level (number of desks, number of parking spots, etc.).
Administrative contacts are the first point of contact for accounting and invoicing purposes.
Technical contacts are the first point of contact for technical purposes (new updates available, availability, etc.).
Neither administrative contacts nor technical contacts are administrators (unless they are set as administrators).

- Authenticate with an administrator account.
- Click on Users then Admins & Contacts.
- Add the contacts you need.
