Option 1 - Grant consent via the Waldo Management Platform (recommended)
When you extend the consent via the the Waldo management platform, you can decide NOT to make the consent for the "outlook sync" feature. When you extend the consent via the Teams admin center, you can not make the distinction between the Admin consent and the Outlook sync consent.
- Go to the consent page of the management portal: https://app.hellowaldo.app/consent.
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account if needed.
- Select the features you need.
- Then click on Grant Admin Consent.
- Authenticate again using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Click on Accept.
Option 2 - Grant consent via the M365 Admin Center
When you grant consent via the Teams admin center, the "Grant admin consent" button in the Waldo management portal will remain activated. That's why we recommend you grant consent via the Waldo management portal, rather than the Teams admin center.
WHen you extend the consent via the Teams admin center, you can not make the distinction between the Admin consent and the Outlook sync consent.

To grant permission to Waldo via the Teams admin center:
- Open the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
- Go to Teams apps > Manage apps.
- Search for "Waldo".
- Click on "Waldo".
- Under "Permissions", select Review permissions.
- Click on "Consent".
