Custom locations are additional locations you would like to display in your users' calendar.

Please use custom locations carefully as they will be visible to all users. The fewer the better!


These custom locations should be important in the context of your business.


Custom locations could be related to training or traveling for instance.

1 - Create your custom locations

  1. Go to the management portal: 

  2. Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Click on Resources and then Custom locations.

  4. Click on add custom location or else you can rename the existing custom locations.
