This article describes how to subscribe to the complete version with or without the 30 days free trial.





There are 4 ways to order your Waldo licenses:

  • Option 1: Via the Microsoft AppSource catalog
  • Option 2:  Via the Microsoft Teams Admin Center
  • Option 3:  Via your Microsoft Azure subscription (if you have one)
  • Option 4:  Via a direct quote from us


If you have a Microsoft Azure Subscription, we recommend subscribing this way.


If you have the Microsoft 365 administrative privileges, we recommend subscribing via the Teams Admin Center.


If you do not have a Microsoft Azure Subscription or if you don't have the Microsoft 365 admin permissions, we recommend you using the AppSource catalog or contacting us directly at sales@hellowaldo.app



Option 1: Subscribe via the Microsoft AppSource catalog.


  1. Go to the Waldo app page in the Microsoft AppSource.

  2. You may have to login. If you can, use an account with Microsoft 365 administrative privileges so you will be able to manage your Waldo subscriptions via your Microsoft 365 admin Center.
    If you don't have a Microsoft 365 administrative account, just use your regular Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Click on Get it now.

  4. Ensure you always use the Admin Checkout option (at the top right of the screen).

  5. If you'd like we create the office plan for you immediately, then select the complete version with map design.Or, select the complete version Free trial (in that case, we'll create the office plan after the trial period).You can cancel your subscription any time during the trial period.

  6. Then, select your Price and billing options.
  7. Finally, place the order. You can change your payment method if you need (you won't be charged for the trial).
  8. Click on configure now to assign licenses to users.

  9. To assign licenses to user, you can refer to this documentation.


Option 2: Subscribe via the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.


  1. Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/. You will need Microsoft 365 administrative privileges.

  2. Click on the Teams app then click on Manage apps. 

  3. Search for Waldo then select Waldo.
  4. Click on Plans and pricing.

  5. If you'd like we create the office plan for you immediately, then select the complete version with map design.

    Or, select the complete version 30 days free trial (in that case, we'll create the office plan after the trial period).



  6. Click on Purchase then Place the order.

  7. Finally, click on configure now to assign licenses to users.

  8. To assign licenses to user, you can refer to this documentation.


Option 3: Subscribe via your Azure subscription.


Since Waldo is an app designed for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Azure, you can subscribe to Waldo using your Microsoft Azure subscription.


The great news is that Waldo licenses will be considered as Azure consumption, which may help you reach your Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).

Option 4: Subscribe via a direct quote.
