Waldo's kiosk URL is a URL that displays your office's map in full screen on today's date. You can use this URL to display your office plan in your lobby; for example, to know who is sitting where today.

This article describes how to get the kiosk URL.

 Waldo admin level required.

  1. Go to the Waldo management portal.

  2. Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Navigate to the Maps page.

  4. In the left bar selection list, expand the Kiosk Points button, and click the "+ Add new Kiosk point..." button.

  5. Place the kiosk point on the map.

  6. Click the Save button at the top right corner.

  7. Click the three dots on the kiosk point.

  8. Copy the URL.

  9. Paste it into a web browser to display today's map.

  10. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone or click the URL.

  11. Type the code when prompted.

  12. Authenticate with a Microsoft 365 account.

    Users should have a Waldo license to be able to view the desks and users displayed on the map.

  13. Once authenticated, the map should display automatically.
