This article explains how to allow Waldo as a third-party app (so Waldo is visible when you click on the "apps" icon in your Microsoft Teams.


1 - Allow the Waldo App.

  1. Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/. You will need Microsoft 365 administrative privileges.

  2. Click on Manage Apps.

  3. Expand the Action dropdown button and Select "Org-wide app settings"



  4. Search for Waldo.


  5. Click on Waldo then enable the status to



  6. If it says "Allowed but org-wide disabled", it means the app was allowed, however, it has been disabled in Org-wide settings. In that case, click on Permission Policies then click on Global (org-wide default).



2 - Pinned Waldo app


  1. From the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to the Teams apps settings and select "Setup policies".



2. Find the app to pin:  click the "+ Add apps" and search the Waldo app. Then "Add" and "Add" again to confirm.






3. Save.
