This article explains how to allow Waldo as a third-party app (so Waldo is visible when you click on the "apps" icon in your Microsoft Teams. |
1 - Allow the Waldo App.
- Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/. You will need Microsoft 365 administrative privileges.
- Click on Manage Apps.
- Expand the Action dropdown button and Select "Org-wide app settings"
- Search for Waldo.
- Click on Waldo then enable the status to
- If it says "Allowed but org-wide disabled", it means the app was allowed, however, it has been disabled in Org-wide settings. In that case, click on Permission Policies then click on Global (org-wide default).
2 - Pinned Waldo app
- From the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to the Teams apps settings and select "Setup policies".
2. Find the app to pin: click the "+ Add apps" and search the Waldo app. Then "Add" and "Add" again to confirm.
3. Save.
