Waldo interprets the meeting titles in Outlook to automatically make the necessary changes in your Waldo calendar.

1 - How does it work?

When you set an event in your Outlook agenda, Waldo attempts to understand what it means and will then automatically make the necessary changes in your Waldo calendar.

For example, if you create an event in Outlook with the title "at the beach," Waldo will interpret that to mean you are on vacation. With that information, Waldo will automatically update your Waldo calendar.

When Waldo sees this:

Waldo will automatically adjust your Waldo calendar like so:

The outlook icon indicates that the update comes from your Outlook calendar.

This also works with traveling.

To make it work, set the event all day and as free, working elsewhere, or away in your Outlook.
