For whatever reason, you may need to deactivate a desk (when a desk is under maintenance, for example). Here's how you can do that.
You will need Waldo management portal administrative privileges: office owner, area owner, or organization administrator.
- Go to the management portal: https://app.hellowaldo.app..
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Under Resources and then Office desks, click on a desk (or select multiple desks).
- Click on Desk deactivation then click Save.
