For whatever reason, you may need to deactivate a desk (when a desk is under maintenance, for example). Here's how you can do that.

You will need Waldo management portal administrative privileges: office owner, area owner, or organization administrator.

  1. Go to the management portal: 

  2. Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Under Resources and then Office desks, click on a desk (or select multiple desks).
  4. Click on Desk deactivation then click Save.
