As an admin, you can enable the "Allow users to enable Ghost mode" feature from the Waldo management portal. then, the “Show my avatar (and other people's avatars) as ghost icons” feature will appear in Waldo's personal settings app. If users enable it in settings, No one will know where they are and they will not be able to see where their teammates are (in the office, working from home, on a work trip, etc.). However, Waldo will still reserve a desk for you and calculate the office occupancy rate. |
- Go to the Waldo management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Under General Settings, and then General, click "Allow user to activate Ghost mode".
- Once done, each user must activate ghost mode in their personal settings.
