You can assign users to a fixed desk. However, sometimes the users' list is empty, or you may not be able to find certain users. Here's why.



If the users list is empty or if you can't find some users, it's likely because these users have not been assigned a license.


Please note that the "can only be reserved by" feature is only available in the complete version and is not supported in the free version. If you want to enable Waldo to book a desk for your users, you should upgrade to the complete version.
