Area owners can reserve desks and parking on behalf of others. Here's how to do it. |
1 - Grant the role of Area Owner.
Refer to this documentation to grant the area owner role to the user you wish to set this role:

2 - Open the reservations tab.
- Ask the user to go to the management portal: https://app.hellowaldo.app
- Ask the user to authenticate using their Microsoft 365 account.
- Click the Reservations page menu.
- From there, the user can reserve a desk or parking for someone else, cancel a reservation, or set a specific status for someone.
