When a new user is added to an Entra Group (Active Directory Group), you can automatically execute various rules, such as assigning a license or granting access to an area. You can accomplish this with recurring tasks.

First, filter users based on the Entra Group as shown below.

Select all the users and click "Update x users..."

Create your task.

Click on Tasks and select the task you just executed.

Click Recurrence and select the recurrence you need: Every day, every week, or every month.

The task will now run automatically based on the recurrence you defined.
