Here's how to retrieve your Microsoft Azure Billing Account ID.

Navigate to the Azure Private Offer Management page. Ensure that you are authenticated using an Azure Admin account.
Click the Check eligibility button.
Click Download report.
Locate the Billing Account ID in the downloaded report.
