   A 90-minute recorded session (with one of our friendly Customer Success Managers) to walk your admin team through Waldo. We’ll reach out to schedule it.

2 - Workload and lead time

Waldo’s setup is simple. The real brain workout? Deciding how you’ll organize access: who sits where, fixed desks, hybrid rules, etc.

We’ll go over them together during the admin training (included in the complete plan).

If your maps are good to go and you've got your office rules sorted, here’s a realistic timeline:

• 🗓️ 1 to 3 weeks to schedule admin training.
• 🧭 Map design takes 3–5 days. You can request it before your training.
• 🎬 Want a personalized Waldo intro video? Here’s what we need.
• 👥 Post-training, we recommend:
  • 1 day to configure 300 users
  • Up to 3 days for over 1,000 users
• 🚀 A 1–2 week “dry run” is ideal before full deployment.

For map design, send us a layout of your office (drawings are fine if proportions are clear), with desk orientation—so we know where the chairs go.
