Requesting a Map via the Blueprint Feature

Waldo Maps allows customers to upload floor plans and request custom maps via the blueprint feature. If you have the right license, you can request a professionally designed map for your office layout.

1 - Request Your Map Design

1. Sign up for the Waldo Customer Portal.
2. Open a new ticket.
3. Select Create/Update a Map.
4. Attach a draft plan or a photo of your office for better accuracy.
5. Signing up allows you to track your request (Register here: Customer Portal)
6. Once submitted, Waldo support will reach out with questions about your layout, including desk and meeting table placement. Photos are helpful!

2 - Set Up Your Office Map
