How to update the layout of your map?

If your office has changed, or an open space has been transformed, here’s what to do.

1. Ask our team to re-design your map

2. Once you receive your updated design

Here’s how to apply it in the Waldo Management Portal:

1. Open the Waldo Management Portal
2. Open Maps.
3. Hover over the map name in the left pane and click the gear icon.
4. Select Upload Image to replace the existing map.
5. Choose the new map designed by our team.
6. Click Save.

And you’re all set 🎉 Your Waldo experience now reflects your real-world space.
