Understanding who made your booking: Waldo or you?

Sometimes, your desk or parking spot is reserved by Waldo. Other times, it’s you making the booking. Here’s how to spot the difference.

🕵️‍♀️ Hover over the icon next to the area name to find out who made the change to your calendar.

Green Waldo icon = your calendar was updated based on your weekly work pattern.

Green calendar icon = Waldo adjusted your calendar to reflect a public holiday.

Blue Outlook icon = Waldo adapted your calendar based on meetings in Outlook.

No icon = you personally changed your Waldo schedule.

If you see a colleague’s face, they’ve booked something on your behalf (either via the Waldo admin panel or guest booking).

If you forgot to check in, Waldo assumes you're remote and releases your desk. It's like magic — but polite.
