🕵️♀️As you (may) know, Waldo interprets the meeting titles in Outlook to automatically make the necessary changes in your Waldo calendar. More info on that here. But sometimes, Waldo may not understand what you mean. |
1. Meeting Title
When you create an event in your Outlook calendar, Waldo automatically analyzes the meeting title to determine its purpose. Based on this interpretation, Waldo updates your Waldo calendar accordingly without requiring any manual action.
To learn more about which Outlook events are synchronized and how they are handled, please refer to the following article:

2. When Waldo Doesn’t Recognize a Meeting
In some cases, Waldo may not immediately recognize the intent of a meeting based on its title. When this happens, there’s no cause for concern. Waldo is designed to learn over time.
Typically, Waldo will automatically adapt after encountering the same meeting title a few times. However, if the issue persists or if you need immediate assistance, you can contact our support team by submitting a ticket. We will manually map the meeting title, and Waldo will recognize it correctly the next time it appears.
💡 Tip:
If you do not receive a notification in Microsoft Teams, this indicates that Waldo has not processed your Outlook calendar yet. In this situation, please consult the relevant documentation first before raising a ticket.
